Digital Products & Downloads
Due to the nature of digital content, all sales for digital products (including but not limited to PDFs, STLs, and online courses) are final.
Once a digital file has been purchased it cannot be "returned nor refunder."
Please ensure you have reviewed the product description and system requirements before completing your purchase.
Physical Goods
All 3D printed items are sold “as is” and are not eligible for returns or exchanges.
Hardware kits can be returned. However, customer is responsible for paying all shipping costs for returning the items. Shipping costs from the original purchase are non-refundable.
Services and Consulting
Fees are charged for the time, expertise, and resources allocated to your project.
If you need to reschedule a session, please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to avoid forfeiting your payment.
